UDC 2017 AWARDS: The Upper Delaware Council held its 29th Annual Awards Ceremony on April 23 at Central House Family Resort in Beach Lake, PA to honor those who have contributed to protection of resources or quality of life in the Upper Delaware River Valley region. Ninety-four guests attended the banquet. Seated from left to right: Palmira Miller, coordinator of the Pennsylvania Environmental Council’s Community Illegal Dumpsite Clean-up Program, Community Service Award (organization); U.S. Congressman John J.
