Statement from Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River on the Resumption of Visitor Services Following End of Government Shutdown

Beach Lake, PA – Following the enactment of the continuing resolution, staff at Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River have resumed regular operations. Please visit www.nps.gov/UPDE for updated information about the park.
We appreciate the Upper Delaware Valley partners’ forbearance during the recent shutdown, particularly the Eagle Institute and Shippensburg University Center for Land Use Sustainability, whose NPS-sponsored projects and programs were interrupted during this time.
Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River employees are happy to be back at work, serving the American people and welcoming visitors to their national parks.
