UDC Swearing-in Ceremony
Town of Highland Supervisor Jeff Haas (left) administered the oaths of office on March 3 to Upper Delaware Council officers elected to their leadership roles on January 6, 2022: Vice-chairperson Aaron Robinson (Shohola Township, PA); Chairperson Andrew Boyar (Town of Highland, NY); and Secretary/Treasurer Alan Henry (Berlin Township, PA). The formal swearing-in ceremony took place at the UDC office in Narrowsburg, NY after the Council resumed its monthly in-person meetings on the 1st Thursdays at 7 p.m.
