NARROWSBURG – Time is running out to show support for the 2nd Annual Upper Delaware Litter Sweep by becoming a sponsor of the bi-state April 22-30 clean-up event.

The Upper Delaware Council is accepting donations through Friday, March 18. Those contributing at the levels of “Litter Enemies” ($100); “Litter Avengers” ($250); and “Litter Slayers” ($500), will be listed on the commemorative team t-shirts and publicity materials.

Any funds raised beyond the cost of the t-shirts will go toward buying supplies and safety equipment for the volunteers whose Litter Leaders will arrange land-based trash pick-up dates throughout the 15 New York towns and Pennsylvania townships surrounding the Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River.
