“The Upper Delaware” Spring 2026 Newsletter Out
NARROWSBURG – The Upper Delaware Council, Inc. (UDC) announces the release of the Spring 2026 issue of its newsletter, “The Upper Delaware.”
Featured articles include: “Upper Delaware River Valley Celebrates America’s 250th”, “6th Litter Sweep: Keeping Our Country Beautiful”, “AI Data Centers Studied”, “Milanville Bridge Abutment Fate Uncertain”, “UDC Helps Citizens Prepare for Emergencies”, and an Upper Delaware profile on Town of Delaware UDC Alternate Representative Bob Lindquist, among presentation round-ups, event announcements, photos, and news highlights.
The UDC is grateful for the support of a $1,000 tourism grant from Sullivan County and the Sullivan Catskills Visitors Association, and a $500 contribution from the Delaware River Basin Commission, to offset the printing and distribution costs of this Spring publication.

The newsletter about the environment and people of the Upper Delaware River Valley in New York and Pennsylvania has been published free of charge by the UDC since 1988.
The Upper Delaware Council, Inc. is the not-for-profit organization which works in partnership with the National Park Service to oversee implementation of the River Management Plan for the Upper Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River. Its members are 13 New York towns and Pennsylvania townships that border on the river, as well as the two states, and the Delaware River Basin Commission.
