“The Upper Delaware” Fall/Winter 2024 Newsletter Out
NARROWSBURG – The Upper Delaware Council, Inc. (UDC) announces the release of the Fall/Winter 2024 issue of its newsletter, “The Upper Delaware.”
Featured articles include: “PennDOT: Dismantle Bridge to Avoid Collapse Into River”, “Potential Drought Halts Delaware Aqueduct Repair”; “River Valley Awards Honor Unsung Heroes”, “UDC Awards Grants to Member Municipalities”, “BioBlitz Data Is In”, and a profile on the new National Park Service Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River Natural and Cultural Resources Program Manager Tom Kearns, among educational presentations and conference round-ups, event photos and announcements, and activity highlights.
The newsletter about the environment and people of the Upper Delaware River Valley in New York and Pennsylvania has been published by the UDC since 1988.

The Upper Delaware Council, Inc. is the not-for-profit organization which works in partnership with the National Park Service to oversee implementation of the River Management Plan for the Upper Delaware National Scenic and Recreational River. Its members are 13 New York towns and Pennsylvania townships that border on the river, as well as the two states, and the Delaware River Basin Commission.
