“The Upper Delaware” Fall-Winter 2021 Newsletter Available Online and by Mail

NARROWSBURG – The Upper Delaware Council, Inc. (UDC) announces the release of the Fall-Winter 2021 issue of its newsletter, “The Upper Delaware.”

Featured articles include: “UDC Presents River Valley Awards”; “DRBC Proposes ‘Frack Water’ Rules”; “Federal Dollars for the Delaware”, “Alliance Advocates for New York State Investment”; “UDC Welcomes Resources & Land Use Specialist”; “NPS to Study Abundance of Snails”; “River Valley Milestones Came from Transportation”; “Bird & Boater Rescued Simultaneously”; and a profile of Kristen Bowman Kavanagh, deputy executive director of the Delaware River Basin Commission, among event announcements and news highlights.
