UDC to Hold Swearing-in Ceremony and Reception at Feb. 5 Public Meeting

NARROWSBURG – The Upper Delaware Council (UDC) will host a 2026 officers’ swearing-in ceremony and reception on Thursday, February 5, at 6:30 p.m., at the UDC’s 211 Bridge St., Narrowsburg, NY office. The business meeting is also offered by Zoom.
The Honorable Jonathan Dunsinger, Magisterial District 22-3-04 Justice, Court of Common Pleas, will administer the oaths of office.
Judge Dunsinger was invited to officiate by 2026 UDC Chairperson Jeffrey R. Dexter, Damascus Township representative. A reception with cake and coffee and the annual portrait of the 2026 UDC membership will take place at the end of the meeting.
Magisterial District 22-3-04’s jurisdiction includes Berlin, Buckingham, Clinton, Damascus, Dyberry, Lebanon, Mt. Pleasant, Manchester, Oregon, Preston, and Scott Townships, and the Boroughs of Bethany and Starrucca.
The UDC’s monthly business meeting to follow the swearing-in ceremony will include reports from the Delaware River Basin Commission, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, National Park Service, and UDC Executive Director; discussion of old and new business; and public comments.
All UDC meetings are open to the public.
